ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hi, I am Pascal. I live in the greater Portland, Oregon area. I was born and raised in Switzerland, the country of chocolate and banks. I moved to the US in 2014 to work as a Research Scientist at Intel Corporation. In my regular job, I write scientific articles on electrical engineering which only a few people in the world understand. Now, I made it my mission to share financial advice that everyone in the world understands. I initially became interested in financial topics and passive income in 2016 when my wife wanted to build a house. I started to ask myself: "Where would we take all the money from to build the house? How can we generate more passive income? What are the best investments to grow our wealth?" Since then, I became obsessed with all things finance and made big leaps towards financial independence. I am glad to share all my learnings and best practices on "FI on Steroids" in order to help you on your journey to FI.
